Contract Formation Upon placing an order through our website, a contract is established between you and Toycredible. You will receive an invoice via email confirming your order. Goods will be dispatched once payment is received.

Payment Payment must be made according to the instructions provided on your invoice. Goods will only be shipped once payment has been received.
Cancellation You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and before the invoice is paid. Cancellation requests must be sent via email to info@toycredible.com.
Returns and Refunds
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your goods to return them. To initiate a return, please contact us via email at info@toycredible.com. The returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be processed after we receive the returned goods.
Warranty We provide a 1-year warranty on all products. This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship. To make a warranty claim, please contact us at info@toycredible.com with the issue and proof of purchase.
Liability
All goods are shipped at the risk of the buyer. If the received goods are not delivered in good condition, this must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
The customer must examine a product provided by Toycredible as soon as possible and not later than 7 days after delivery for possible shortcomings.
The customer must provide a detailed description of the shortcomings so that Toycredible can respond adequately.
All claims must be made within 8 days after delivery of the goods, or after the defect could reasonably have been discovered, or else the rights will be forfeited.
Toycredible’s liability is limited to the replacement of the defective goods or a part thereof, or to the return of the agreed price or a proportional part thereof, at the discretion of Toycredible.
Toycredible is never liable for any damage, including business damage, which may arise for the buyer from the agreement with Toycredible. The buyer indemnifies Toycredible against claims from third parties in this regard.
Toycredible is not liable for any inaccuracies, technical failures, or delays in the provision of information on its website. No rights can be derived from the images on our website.
Intellectual Property Customers are permitted to use the photos available on our Google Drive for commercial purposes. We request that you write your own product descriptions.
Force Majeure Toycredible shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, or natural disasters.
Changes to Terms Toycredible is entitled to amend or supplement these General Terms and Conditions. Changes of minor importance can be made at any time. The customer will be informed by Toycredible in case of major changes in content.
Transfer of Rights The customer cannot transfer its rights arising from an agreement with Toycredible to third parties without the prior written consent of Toycredible.
Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from these Terms or related to transactions with Toycredible will be governed by Dutch law and the courts of the Netherlands.
